Arntson Stewart Wegner PC represents Signet Partners, a HUD Participating Administrative Entity (PAE). Our firms form one of three PAE groups in the country representing HUD on a national basis in its Mark-to-Market financing program.
HUD’s Mark-to-Market Program goal is to preserve affordable housing by maintaining the long-term physical and financial integrity of certain privately-owned multifamily housing projects. The goal is achieved, in part, through restructuring the mortgage debt. The restructuring process is complicated and involves many parties. We draft closing documents and coordinate the closings. We have closed approximately 400 Mark-to-Market financings in over 40 states.
HUD regulations and transactions are highly complicated. Our legal team has developed a system that enables us to quickly and accurately produce necessary documents for HUD programs.
